Role Summary

Manage end-to-end 3P grocery operations across fulfillment centers and dark stores, ensuring SLA adherence, partner performance, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across assigned 3P sites.

• Drive KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy, productivity, and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Monitor and improve 3P partner performance and SLA compliance.

• Optimize inventory, capacity utilization, and operational costs.

• Resolve operational escalations and drive process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Review operational MIS and implement corrective actions.

• Lead and develop site operations teams.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

• 8?10 years of experience in Grocery, E-commerce, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience managing third-party (3P) operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
