Job Description- Operations Manager

# Key Result Areas Activities
Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the allocated region and maintain quality procedures and standards of both SML and the client.
Verify the monthly budget prepared by the Site Accountant
Ensure all operations are executed within the allocated budget and timeframe
Prepare and submit Budget vs Actual comparison sheet for the previous month before preparing the budget for the current month
Ensure assets are available with minimum breakdowns
Monitor that all logsheets are verified by client and submitted to Operations Head Office within the timeframe
Ensure all the mandatory documents related to crane, manpower, trailers, other assets required by state or client are available and submitted in time to relevant stakeholder for verification
Billing
Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoicing documents post deployment of asset at site until demobilization
Timely submission of deployment certificate, along with first day logsheet to operations team at Head office for mobilization billing
Ensure the bills are being booked at the client office after receiving the acknowledgement copy
Perform regular follow-ups for a month with client for delayed payment

Ensure high customer satisfaction level
People
Ensure operations team has adequate support and opportunity for training and development
Assign targets and KPIs to the operations team, manage annual appraisal and provide feedback
