Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to clients on AS400 systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPG programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in production environments.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex problems using various tools such as debuggers, log files analysis.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in AS400/RPG.
- Strong understanding of IBM iSeries platform and its applications (RPG).
- Experience in providing production support for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation for internal use.
