Role : Java Technical Lead

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, enterprise application development, and payment messaging platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications while leading project teams and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and review technical documentation and solution designs.
- Develop, unit test, deploy, and support enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effort estimations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Interact with clients and onsite counterparts to understand and address business requirements.
- Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Research and evaluate alternative technical solutions and recommend cost-effective approaches.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Any Graduate with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Strong working experience on Linux platform.
- Experience with WebLogic Application Server.
- Strong knowledge of GT Exchange (Bottomline Product).
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging standards.
- Strong development skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and AJAX.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills :
- Peer Review processes.
- SonarQube.
- SVN.
- SDLC processes and best practices.
Educational Qualification :
- Any Graduate.
