Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary administration, wage administration, and time office management.
  
• Handle performance appraisal management, employee relations, and industrial relations to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to human resource management, such as recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of HR strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management in any Manufacturing industry setting.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Humanities (B.B.A. / B.M.S.) or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures; knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.
