Experience:
6 Months 2 Years of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
Shift Timings
- Night Shift only
- Graveyard Shift
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational weekly offs.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for global clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving customer
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good listening, probing, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in BPO/Call Center/Contact Center environment is preferred.
