Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (Lateral Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in lateral and corporate hiring. In this role, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition, sourcing high-caliber professionals, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience to meet our growing business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for corporate and lateral roles across mid-to-senior levels.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee networks to build strong talent pipelines.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, assess skills/culture fit, and align salary expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and streamline hiring timelines.
• Offer Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, extend employment offers, and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Graduation is mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in corporate/lateral recruitment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Work Details & Compensation

• Work Model: 100% Work from Office (WFO).
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week (2 rotational/fixed days off).
• Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided. (Upto 25kms)
