Job Title: International Voice Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (US Process)
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Description:-

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Support Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to global customers.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle inbound customer calls from international customers (US process).
  • Resolve customer queries related to accounts, billing, subscriptions, and general support.
  • Provide effective issue resolution while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrate strong customer handling and active listening skills.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Follow call handling processes and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet performance metrics such as Quality Score, AHT (Average Handle Time), CSAT, and Productivity.
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver first-call resolution whenever possible.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • We are also looking for Fresher and the candidate's who holds Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Technical Support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good listening, probing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in BPO/Call Center/Contact Center environment is preferred.

Educational Qualification:-

  • High School Diploma / Intermediate / Graduate (Any Stream)
