Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and customer interactions professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
