Qualifications & Experience
- BE/Diploma In Electrical/Electronics Engineering ,with 5-7 years of experience in Automotive Ind. Plant Maintenance. •Should have strong technical knowledge in Programming, Troubleshooting & Modifying Siemens PLCs. •Should have experience on Robotic welding systems preferably Yaskawa, Fronious & SKS.
Job Description
- Siemens PLCs ,VFDs & Servos.
- Modify existing PLCPrepare, Plan & Implement Preventive maintenance schedules of Seat Assembly/ Robotic welding cells/Utilities.
- Identifying Critical Spares of machines & maintaining inventory of the same.
- Monitoring of MTTR/MTBF & analyzing them to reduce machine downtime.
- Good Knowledge of Modern Maintenance tools Like TPM/CBM/TBM to increase uptime of machines.
- Programming & troubleshooting of programs as per process/customer requirements.
- Knowledge of communication and controls networking principles.
- Sound Knowledge of Robots & troubleshooting of the same. Troubleshooting of welding systems like Fronious & SKS.
- Exposure to Electro Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems troubleshooting.
