As the Head of HR, you will lead the human resources function, ensuring that our people, culture, and systems align with business objectives. This is a strategic and execution-focused role ideal for a leader thriving in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR & Organization Design
• Define and implement HR strategy aligned to companys growth
• Lead workforce planning and capability building.
• Advise leadership on people and transformation.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Scaling

• Strengthen EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and employer branding.
• Performance, Compensation & Rewards
• Redefine performance metrics and reward frameworks.
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Culture, Engagement & Development
• Drive engagement and learning initiatives.
• Build leadership development and succession plans.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Strengthen HR policies, HRIS, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SEZ/STPI norms and labor laws.

Qualifications

• • MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed institute
  • 14–20 years of experience, 5+ in HR leadership
  • Proven experience scaling KPO/BPOs
  • Strong in labor laws, audits, and HR tech
