Job Description
- Ensure timely tax (including withholding and international tax) compliance for the Group including data preparation and completion of Tax and Transfer Pricing Audits as well as resolving audit queries.
- Provide tax advisory support to Business Units and Internal Functions. The expectation is to deliver practical and forward-looking tax advice, be part of and lead tax DD, mitigate tax exposures (if any) and will include review of draft agreements, where applicable.
- Efficient management of tax litigation and assessments by preparing the required data for assessment or litigation, interacting with/representing before tax authorities and getting across Company's point of view.
- Conduct periodic trainings for internal stakeholders and frame internal processes to ensure that there are no compliance gaps
- Knowledge of certification work in respect of filing of Forms 15CB, 15CA, 3CD, 3CEB, CbCR and Master File required to be maintained under Transfer Pricing Regulations.
- Manage the Group's transfer pricing processes and intercompany documentation transfer pricing documentation
- Coordinating with external consultants, internal stakeholders for managing the overseas tax compliance and reporting requirements
