Direct Tax Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage corporate income tax compliance for clients, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.
• Provide strategic guidance on tax planning, structuring, and optimization to minimize client's tax liabilities.
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to identify potential issues related to income tax reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for complex tax matters.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in direct taxation (corporate taxation) with a focus on IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex laws and regulations effectively.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
