Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage claims processing from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer complaints.
- Review and analyze contractual agreements to identify potential issues or disputes, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex water treatment-related claims, utilizing expertise in chemical engineering principles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the claims process.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in claims management, preferably within the water treatment industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering concepts related to water treatment processes.
- Proven ability to review and interpret contracts effectively, identifying potential issues or disputes.
