We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury for Indian Legal entity while acting as a strategic partner to management.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Finance Governance & Policies
- Preparation and implementation of finance rules and policies
Budgeting & Planning
- Consolidation and submission of budgets to corporate.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act 2013, Income Tax Act, GST, etc. )
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits
Taxation
- Review advance tax filings and GST-related matters
Financial Operations
- Oversee vendor payments, contracts, and finance systems
- Review petty cash and banking activities
- Effective utilization of fund.
Reporting & Closing
- Support month-end/year-end close activities
- Provide financial data to consultants (e. g. , transfer pricing, audits)
- Payroll checks, PF, PT return filling.
- Intercompany balance reconciliation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate board meetings, AGM, and corporate compliance activities
Asset & Systems Control
- Manage fixed asset verification and system/process improvements
Team Oversight
- Supervise Regular & Outsourced accounting staff and resolve operational issues (up to 5 employees)Qualifications

Bachelor s/master s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA.
Professional certifications will be added advantage: CA, CPA, CMA, CFA .
8 15 years of experience in Business Finance or Entity Controller roles.
Strong knowledge of advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
