Direct sales leader

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for life insurance products through agency channels.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner agencies, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing policies, increasing revenue streams through effective relationship management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy development.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in agency channel sales or similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, including policy features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
