Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for life insurance products through agency channels.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
- Identify new business prospects within the agency network, leveraging internal resources such as CRM data and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in agency sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of agency development principles, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
