Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets for life insurance products through agency channels.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner agencies, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling life insurance products within existing client base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy development.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in agency sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an insurance industry setting.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, including policy features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
