• Handling strategic online initiatives, SEO, SMO and Lead Generation

• Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation

• Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective

• Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies

• Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world

• Manage the content that the business posts to social media

• Develop strategies that drive customers to the website

• Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website

• Create paid campaigns on social media platforms

• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms

• Create email blast campaigns to target key customers

• Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign

• Keep up to date on the latest social media trends

Qualification For Asst. Manager Digital Marketing

• Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field required

• Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising

• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool

• Understands website metrics and best practises

• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing

• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results

• Good at problem-solving skills

• Strong writing skills

• Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe and Similar..

• Deep knowledge of web design principles

• Proficient in Google Slide, Sheet and Docs

• Ability to identify long term trends in data

• Great communication skills

• Experience working with a content management system

• Strong project management skills
