Kinetic Green is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative digital marketing initiatives. The role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, ecommerce growth, and customer engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage ecommerce platforms, online product catalogs, and website optimization.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Develop content marketing strategies across blogs, social media, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure business alignment.
• Manage external agencies and monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on ecommerce and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the Automotive, EV, or Consumer industry will be preferred.
