Job Overview

Foundever is hiring Customer Service Associates for an international chat support process. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through chat support.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by understanding and addressing customer concerns.
  • Maintain professional communication and adhere to process guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
  • Meet defined quality and performance standards.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: HSC Passed and Above.
  • Exceptional English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong written communication and comprehension skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Candidates comfortable with a 247 shift window may apply.
  

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working
  • 2 Rotational Week Offs
  • 9 Hours Working Shift
  • 247 Shift Window
  • Major Shift: Night Shift
