Business Analyst

• Experienced Business Analyst with strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Workday project experience and working knowledge across process domains essential.
• Exposure to HR process optimisation activity essential.
• Strong process analysis, process improvement and requirements management skills.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current Workday processes, configurations and operating model and drive to-be business processes using Workday functional knowledge.
• Document current state and future state processes.
• Support reviews and optimisation activities covering:
• Core HCM
• Absence Management
• Recruitment
• Talent
• Benefits
• Advanced Compensation
• Reporting & Analytics
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, remove duplicate processes and increase adoption of existing Workday capabilities.
• Support assessment of currently unused Workday functionality and help define implementation opportunities.
• Produce requirements, process maps, user stories and supporting delivery artefacts.

Additional Requirements

• Preference for resources to work within UK or European time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Continuity of resource is important due to the scale and duration of the programme.
