Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai | Working Model: Flexible to support overlap with US PST business hours

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused PMO Analyst to support strategic initiatives and executive reporting for our leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong PMO fundamentals, exceptional executive presentation skills, advanced reporting capabilities, and the confidence to interact directly with senior leadership teams.

This role will play a critical part in consolidating project and operational metrics, creating executive-ready presentations, driving governance activities, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Project Support

• Support portfolio, program, and project governance activities.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate project reviews and leadership governance meetings.

Executive Reporting & Presentations

• Create high-impact executive presentations and dashboards for Senior Leadership Teams (SLT).
• Transform complex project and operational data into concise business insights.
• Develop board-level PowerPoint presentations with clear storytelling and executive messaging.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leadership updates.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and platforms.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reporting models and dashboards.
• Analyze project health, resource utilization, budget performance, risks, and delivery metrics.
• Generate actionable insights through trend analysis and performance reporting.
• Support leadership with KPI tracking and decision-support analytics.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner directly with business leaders, program managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of project progress.
• Present findings and recommendations confidently to executive audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Program Management Support, or Business Operations roles.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale programs and leadership reporting.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with overlapping US PST hours.

Required Skills

Executive Communication

• Expert-level PowerPoint and executive presentation development.
• Strong business storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Experience preparing presentations for C-level executives and Senior Leadership Teams.

Reporting & Analytics

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
• Pivot Tables
• Power Query
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Advanced formulas
• Dashboard creation
• Strong data analysis and reporting expertise.
• Ability to transform datasets into meaningful business insights.

Stakeholder Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and presentation capabilities.
• Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders.

PMO & Tools

• PMO governance and reporting experience.
• Project lifecycle and portfolio reporting knowledge.
• Experience with one or more project management tools:
• Jira
• Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Project
• Smartsheet
• Clarity
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting technology transformation or enterprise programs.
• Experience within large global organizations.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
