Business Analyst

, IN Requirements:-

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working on web and mobile application projects
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Interact with clients to gather and understand business and technical requirements
• Analyze business needs and convert them into functional specifications (BRD, FRD, SRS)
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Create user stories, wireframes, and workflows for web and mobile applications
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct feasibility analysis and suggest optimal technical solutions
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Assist in project estimation, planning, and risk management
• Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with client expectations
• Support testing and validation to ensure quality deliverables
