Were currently searching for a Business Analyst to help our organisation in researching progressive system solutions and evaluating their impact.
Our ideal candidate is a structured thinker, clear communicator, and a keen analyst. They should be committed to understanding business needs and translating them into practical solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
You will be required to communicate with stakeholders throughout the business and work closely with the UK based BA team and key stakeholders. You will also be required to work closely with development and related team members to bring projects to reality.
We are a tech-friendly department, and therefore if you have previous exposure to a technical role, either as a software developer or a similar role in the IT field, it would be beneficial.

Identifying stakeholders and gathering functional and non-functional requirements for the project.

Utilising analysis techniques including (but not limited to) interviews and workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and incorporating into functional specifications.

Analyse and document business processes and business rules.

Document current and proposed business process flows using narrative and swimlane diagrams, and obtain sign-off from POs on the specifications.

Assist the QA team in validating user and system test plans.

Work with internal or third-party user experience designers to assist in the creation of wireframes or prototypes.

Document use cases, user stories, or other relevant artefacts to express requirements to the development team.

Provide the link between the customer and development team regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.

Work with the development team throughout the development and test phases to ensure the delivered product meets the functional specification.
Required Skills:

Minimum of three years working in the IT or Retail domain.

Minimum of two years working as a Business Analyst.

Experience of working in a multinational or cross-functional environment.

University graduate of Computing / IT / Business or related fields.

Experience working in an Agile / SCRUM team.

Experience of requirements elicitation and management.

Experience of use case or user story writing.

Exposure to creating mocks or wireframes.

Good knowledge of web/application development process.

Good knowledge of development languages.

Good knowledge of system architecture.
-
Willingness to travel to the UK and internationally as required.

Willingness to work hands-on in our retail environment, both in-store and support roles to gain a full understanding of how end users work.

Good working knowledge of G Suite / Google Docs (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
-
Past exposure to a technical role such as a developer, sys-admin, DevOps engineer or similar.

Exposure to data model design.
-
Experience of working with JIRA / JIRA Agile.
