Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, defining project requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products and services. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and other documentation as needed.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and drive consensus.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not required.
