Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Business Analyst (Product Guide & Manager) who can understand client requirements, convert them into clear product workflows, and guide the coder/development team throughout execution.
This role requires strong communication , product thinking , documentation , and coordination skills .
You will act as the link between:
Clients
Founders/Product Team
Developers/Coder Team

Key Responsibilities
Client Requirement Gathering
Conduct meetings with clients to understand business needs
Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
Ask the right questions to clarify project scope
Convert discussions into structured documentation
Preparation and Signoff of Business Requirement Document
Product Planning & Guidance
Prepare:
o Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
o User flows
o Feature lists
o Wireframe references
o Task breakdowns
Define product logic and workflows
Suggest improvements and scalable product ideas
Developer/Coder Team Coordination
Explain requirements clearly to the development team
Create sprint tasks and execution priorities
Guide coders during implementation
Resolve requirement gaps and blockers
Ensure delivered features match client expectations
Project Execution & Tracking
Track progress and timelines
Coordinate testing and feedback cycles
Maintain project documentation and reports
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
