Associate - Insurance Voice Process

Position is for - TOP Listed BPO/BPM in Pune

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Candidates must be currently residing in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with international customers and diverse English dialects
• Strong customer service orientation, listening skills, and problem-solving abilities

Open Requirements

UK Shift Process

• Minimum 18 months of International Voice Process experience
• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 11:30 PM
• Weekend Off

Australia Shift Process

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
• Shift Timing: 3:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Weekend Off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via voice calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customer queries.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and communicate with international customers and various English dialects.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach and professional attitude.
• Experience in international voice processes is mandatory as per the requirements above.
• Knowledge of the Insurance domain and prior interaction with UK or Australian customers will be an added advantage.
