WNS is Hiring for Pay roll- Sr. Associate / Lead Associate role in Pune location.
Requirements:
- Should be okay to work in night shifts
- Good Accounting knowledge
- Immediate joining only
- Pune Local candidates preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience preferable in Payroll Domain
- Working knowledge on R12 SAP preferable
- Good knowledge of excel
- Good accounting knowledge
- Gross to Pay calculation, audit and balancing
- Processing Payroll Inputs
- Employee Data management
- Payroll processing
- Call or email customer for queries
- Working on Payroll reports
- Assist in production during Business requirement
- Review the Payroll
- Knowledge of payroll cycle and compliances
- Language Capability -English
- Spoken Proficiency - Good Communication Skill
- Written Proficiency - Good Communication Skill
