Were hiring a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect procurement categories. This role will lead the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including supplier identification, RFI/RFP/RFQ execution, negotiations, and contract implementation.

What Youll Do
Manage sourcing projects and drive cost optimization initiatives
Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes and competitive bidding
Conduct spend analysis and supply market research
Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, delivery, and capability
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver value-driven sourcing strategies

What Were Looking For
Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP or e-sourcing platforms
Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
