Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales to join our team in Baddi. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in handling Switchgear Equipment for Railway and be able to interact with the decision-making level of customers.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare bids, negotiate, and convert them into orders.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain strong communication.
- Develop new products and get approvals from technical authorities.
- Map industry environment and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Formulate and implement plans for pan-India growth of the product portfolio.
- Handle large contracts independently.
Job Requirements
- BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Sound knowledge of techno-commercial aspects related to switchgear sales and marketing.
- Ability to prepare bids, negotiate, and convert them into orders.
- Strong business development skills for new products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
