About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong Applications Engineer to support customers by providing
machining solutions, conducting application trials, and improving manufacturing productivity across
the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct machining trials and application demonstrations at customer sites.
• Recommend optimized tooling solutions for various machining applications.
• Analyze machining issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Support the sales team during technical discussions and customer visits.
• Improve machining productivity through optimized cutting parameters.
• Train customer operators and production teams.
• Prepare technical reports and trial documentation.
• Coordinate with product management and R&D teams for new product development.
What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining or cutting tool applications.
• Strong understanding of Turning, Milling, Drilling, Boring, and Threading operations.
• Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, CNC Lathes, and machining centers.
• Knowledge of cutting parameters, tool selection, and machining strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to customers.
• Willingness to travel within NCR.
Qualifications - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
