Job Description
- Should be able to setup, program operate CNC Turning Turn Mill VMC Machining Centers.
- Should be able to generate program directly on the machine (Turning, Turnmill VMC 4th 5th Axis) also using CAM software (Preferably Master CAM).
- Should be able to read, understand interpret drawings in 2D, 3D, DPD MBD platforms (Master CAM, CATIA, Unigraphics).
- Expertise in selection of cutting tools cutting parameters for Aluminum, Steel, Titanium Nickel alloy materials.
- Should be able to design develop work holding devices, fixtures for Turning Turn Mill and VMC Machining Centers (4th 5th Axis).
- Knowledge of Measuring instruments. Knowledge of AS9100 systems.
