Rohit Cutting Tools is a trusted manufacturer of precision cutting tools, serving leading industries across India. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our grinding machines.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of TOS Reciprocating Grinder, HSG,
and Centerless Grinding Machines.
• Maintain hydraulic, coolant, lubrication, and filtration systems.
• Replace bearings, seals, belts, hoses, and other machine components.
• Carry out spindle maintenance, machine alignment, and guideway inspection.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow TPM, 5S, and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grinding machine maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, spindle maintenance, and machine alignment.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Good problem-solving and fault diagnosis abilities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Qualifications
• ITI in Fitter / Mechanic / Turner / Machinist / Maintenance or equivalent technical trade.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience with TOS Reciprocating Grinder, HSG, and Centerless Grinding Machines will be preferred.
