Agency Development Manager

The Agency Development Manager is responsible for driving sales of life insurance products by acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships, and achieving assigned business targets. The role involves field sales, lead generation, financial need analysis, customer acquisition, and post-sales service while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a target-driven, customer-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through references, networking, field activities, and other prospecting methods.
• Acquire new customers and promote life insurance products based on their financial needs.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and financial need analysis.
• Recommend suitable protection, savings, retirement, child education, and investment solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure persistency and renewals.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of proposal documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Coordinate with branch operations and underwriting teams for policy issuance.
• Participate in sales campaigns, training programs, and branch initiatives.
