We are hiring for the position of Business Development Manager/Sr. Manager with a Top MNC Life Insurance Company in the Agency / APC Channel.

Locations: Mumbai, Pune & Goa

CTC: Up to 14 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Team Building

• Identify and recruit Agency Partners (APs) and Life Advisors (LAs) to expand the sales network.
• Conduct recruitment drives and build a strong and productive distribution network.
• Provide coaching and guidance on sales techniques, prospecting, and business development.

Sales Targets & Business Growth

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Ensure achievement of business goals through effective sales planning and execution.
• Maintain the right product mix while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Training & Development

• Assess training requirements and coordinate with trainers for skill enhancement.
• Develop agent capabilities in prospecting, calling, customer acquisition, and sales planning.
• Continuously improve the productivity and performance of Agency Partners and Life Advisors.

Coaching & Leadership

• Guide partners and advisors in activity planning, performance reviews, and achieving income goals.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint sales activities to improve productivity.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve consistent business performance.
