Agency Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency channel sales and development, with 2-7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing training and support to enhance their sales performance.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with agency channel sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
