Job Description
As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will be a key advisor to our global finance team, driving technical accounting excellence across a variety of complex areas. This role requires deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS, the ability to lead policy implementation, and the capacity to influence internal stakeholders and auditors alike.

- Lead technical accounting research on complex topics including revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), and business combinations (ASC 805).
- Draft and maintain robust technical accounting memos, policy documents, and process guidance.
- Provide accounting leadership for business transactions, including M&A due diligence and post-deal integration.
- Support external audit requests and drive resolution of accounting issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, FP&A, and Business Operations to assess accounting implications of contracts and strategic decisions.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and support SOX readiness as needed.
- Mentor junior team members and foster technical development within the broader finance team.
