About The Role
In this role, you will be a part of the Finance team, which is responsible for all financial transactions of the company. The Accounting manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.

What You ll Do
- Close Financial Controls
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies
- Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations
- Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Perform reasonableness testing on PL and balance sheet movements
- Intercompany Global Accounting
- Record and review intercompany management fees
- Own intercompany entries and eliminations
- Perform intercompany reconciliations across: US, UK, India, and consolidated books
- Compliance, Tax Audit Support
- Maintain and update the global compliance calendar workbook
- Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready schedules
- Assist with - US tax filings and coordination with tax advisors

What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in related finance roles, with a solid understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity accounting principles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in NetSuite, and at least one AP or Payroll software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage complex financial transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance .
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop within the accounting and finance field.
