  • Drive rapid bag backlog clearance to maintain smooth transit flows.

Network Infrastructure & Congestion:

• Optimize facility space constraints across South Zone hubs.

Leadership, Team Management & Onboarding

Leadership & Coaching:

  • Direct, mentor, and evaluate Regional Hub Managers and Hub In-Charges across the region.

Induction & Training:

  • Facilitate hands-on process training and buddy/mentor pairings for incoming regional leaders to build operational capability.

Process Discipline:

  • Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational shifts.
  • Ensure strict safety, security, and stock accountability across all regional hubs.

Cost Efficiency:

• Drive cost per kg/unit optimization across hubs without compromising transit time or handling quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Zonal Transport, Admin, IT, and Commercial teams to drive automation and process improvements.

• Ensure swift escalation handling and cross-departmental alignment.

Failure Analysis & Process Analytics:

• Conduct daily root-cause analysis (RCA) on SLA breaches, delayed dispatches, and misroutes using Pareto and trend analysis to eliminate systemic operational failures.

• Implement feedback loops between hub analytics and floor execution teams to ensure permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Predictive Risk & Disruption Preemption:

• Leverage historical volume trends and lane-level telemetry data to preempt network disruptions, severe weather delays, or seasonal volume spikes.

• Dynamically re-route linehauls, adjust shift labor models, and reallocate dock capacity prior to bottleneck formation.
