Job Title: Hub Manager Middle Mile Operations
Department: Operations
Reports To: Regional Hub Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Role Summary
The Hub Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of the sorting hub. This includes planning and executing inbound/outbound processing, shift scheduling, maintaining operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring cut-off timelines for linehaul connections are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound & Outbound Handling: Oversee receiving, sorting, bagging, staging, and connection of consignments for scheduled linehaul routes
2. Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Ensure incoming parcels are processed and dispatched within specified cut-off windows to minimize backlogs.
3. Load Processing & Variance Control: Monitor processing accuracy to prevent package misroutes, scanning errors, or shipment losses.
4. Perform daily Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on SLA breaches, delayed dispatches, or lost/damaged packages, implementing corrective actions (CAPA).

Compliance & Infrastructure
Audit hub floor layout and equipment (conveyors, barcode scanners, weight scales) to ensure maximum throughput and safe working conditions.
Escalation & Cross-Functional Coordination
* Resolve major operational complaints, customer queries, and linehaul delay escalations.
* Coordination with with Fleet Management, Last-Mile Branches, IT teams and respective stake holders to keep goods moving smoothly across the network.
