Required Skills
A Control Engineer with experience in the machine tool industry and expertise in any two of the following
CNC controllers: Siemens, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi. The candidate should have hands-on experience in
Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) and should be willing to travel independently with minimal
supervision.
Key Requirements / Skill Sets
- Hands-on experience in the commissioning, installation, and erection of CNC and VMC machines
using Siemens 802D/828D/840D/ SINUMERIK ONE, Fanuc 0i/18i/21i/31i, and Mitsubishi
M60/70/80 controllers.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, including Fanuc Ladder and Siemens STEP 7, with the
ability to diagnose and troubleshoot input/output (I/O) parameters.
- Understanding of Safety Integrated (SI) functions will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling customer relationships, spare parts coordination, and technical
documentation.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance of CNC machines.
- Good knowledge of electrical and control system maintenance of CNC machines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in CNC machine breakdowns and implementation of preventive
maintenance plans.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of basic CNC part programming, including G Codes, M Codes, T Codes, and S Codes,
will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customers across different regions of India. Proficiency in English is mandatory,
while Hindi (for North India) and Kannada (for Bangalore region) are preferred. Knowledge of Hindi
will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 510 years of hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, servicing, and
maintenance of CNC machines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India with no restrictions, supporting installation,
commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities
