1. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Travel Desk Manager to oversee and manage all corporate travel requirements at Simulanis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing travel arrangements for employees, leadership, and visiting stakeholders across domestic and international locations.
You will ensure seamless travel experiences while maintaining cost efficiency, policy compliance, and vendor relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, external travel partners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely bookings, and exceptional service delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport, and itineraries for employees and leadership.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective bookings aligned with company travel policies and budgets.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to negotiate rates and ensure service quality.
- Maintain and update travel policies, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently.
- Provide detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel experiences for all employees.
- Track and manage travel expenses, billing, and reimbursements in coordination with finance teams.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance to ensure quality and cost optimization. Assist with visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation for international travel.
- Generate reports on travel spend, vendor performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support leadership and visiting clients/partners with high-priority travel arrangements.
3. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate travel management, travel desk operations, travel agency, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel processes, including visa and documentation requirements.
- Experience working with travel booking tools, agencies, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and cost optimization skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management systems.
