Job Description
- As an Electronics Engineer, you will support in developing physical simulators for industrial training applications
- This role demands strong expertise in electronics, embedded systems, microcontrollers, and PCB layouts to ensure the creation of reliable, functional, and intuitive training simulators
- Key Responsibilities:Integrate microcontrollers, embedded systems, and electrical components into physical simulator devices
- Design and layout custom PCBs for simulator functionality and sensor integration
- Write and test firmware/microcontroller code (eg, Arduino, STM32, ESP32)
- Ensure proper integration of firmware with the simulator software , Selection and calibration of various sensors for accurate user interaction
- Collaborate with the development teams to sync physical simulator behavior with virtual training environments
- Conduct prototyping and testing of simulators for performance, safety, and user experience
- Document electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, build processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay current with trends in embedded hardware and XR input technologies
- Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related field
- Proven experience in product design and development, preferably hardware design and firmware programming Strong hands-on experience with: Microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP, etc), Embedded C/C++ or MicroPython, PCB design tools (eg, KiCAD, Eagle, Altium), Sensor integration
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems and actuator control (servo, stepper motors)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
