Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 3 TO 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean Search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate Joiner preferred.
