• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail, Corporate, Warehouse, and Operations roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver quality hiring within timelines.
• Drive employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Preferred Experience:
• • 4–8 years in Talent Acquisition.
• • Experience in Retail, FMCG, QSR, or a fast-growing organization is preferred.
• • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
