Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in offer rollouts and follow-ups with selected candidates.
Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools.
Willingness to work from office (WFO).
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
