Vendor Sourcing & Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and manufacturers across India (and overseas, if required) for gifting, lifestyle, and packaging products.

Negotiation & Cost Optimization
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, timelines, and payment terms to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery.

Purchase Order Management
Create and manage purchase orders, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery as per project requirements.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements before dispatch.

• Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with:
• Design for product feasibility and customization
• Operations & Warehouse for inventory planning and dispatch timelines
• Projects & Sales to align procurement with client requirements
• Market Research & BenchmarkingContinuously track market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to improve sourcing options and competitiveness
• Risk & Vendor Performance Management
• Monitor vendor performance, resolve supply issues, and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships

What Were Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Understanding of manufacturing, packaging, or gifting products (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic procurement tools
• Startup or agency experience is a plus
