Job Description
- 5 to 8 years of Software Development experience and at least 4+ years of ServiceNow Applications Development or Product implementation experience
- Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with ITSM/ITOM and experience in HRSD module is a plus
- Experience in ServiceNow Back-End: creating Catalog Item, Record Producer, Client Scripts ,UI and Data Policies , Business Rules, UI Actions
- Experience in ServiceNow Integration: Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps.
- Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub using Flow Designer.
- Understanding of DevOps Git/Automation Testing(Selenium)
- Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
- Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills
Education and other skills:
- Bachelor s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field)
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
- Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond training
