Job Description
Job Summary (ServiceNow Developer)
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close technical tasks related to ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog).
- Develop and demo dashboards, reports, and custom application solutions for end users/clients.
- Perform software coding, scripting (JavaScript), workflow administration, integrations, and data imports.
- Maintain and update testing protocols for ServiceNow upgrades.
- Analyze business requirements and propose sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Prepare and maintain system design and operational documentation.
- Provide consultation to stakeholders and leadership on platform optimization.
- Administer and enhance Service Catalog, process incident and change tickets, and facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Support end-user requests and assist with routine work items.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and audit change tickets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple client requests.
- Work independently and remotely across multiple projects using Agile and DevOps principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication, client engagement, presentation, leadership, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
- Required certifications: ServiceNow Systems Administrator (required), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred/within 90 days).
- Bachelor s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience required.
